Breaking rough badugis

A K-high badugi beats three-card hands but loses to smooth 7/6 pats. Vs another pat, breaking a rough badugi to chase smooth is situational — beginners can fold some rough pats to heavy pressure instead of inventing hero breaks.

Vs drawers: pat your made badugi and value. Don't break monsters out of fear.

'Breaking rough badugis' (Badugi, G2): Keep smooth three-card Badugis (A-2-3 / A-2-4 rainbow) and draw one. Break pairs immediately. Don't keep a suited junk 'cover.'
