Omaha hand construction

FLO is fixed-limit Omaha high: four hole cards, must use exactly two at showdown with three board cards. Betting sizes are capped by the limit structure.

Because you can't overbet the pot randomly, nut advantage and thin value matter differently than in pot-limit — but non-nut flushes still get you stacked across multiple streets of calling.

FLO still uses 2+3. Limit sizing means you get odds to draw — not odds to draw to second nuts forever.
