High cards are bricks

Catch a king on fourth with an otherwise low start and you're often done vs pressure. Don't pay fifth hoping for miracles with two high cards already.

Session rule: two high bricks before fifth → default fold to any serious bet unless you have a monster redraw plan (you usually don't).

If fourth and fifth both brick high, stop lighting fifth/sixth bets hoping seventh saves you. It usually doesn't.

'High cards are bricks' (Razz, G2): Razz: high cards and pairs are bricks. Two bricks before fifth usually means fold to heat — pretty starts don't override dead boards.
