Count live outs for real

Before calling fifth, name your outs and count how many are dead. If half are dead, your 'draw' is a fantasy.

If you need 6 outs and 3 are dead, you don't have a 6-out draw. Arithmetic before heroics.

Dead cards kill your draws and their scare cards. Count what's up before fifth gets expensive.
