2-7 Triple Draw lowball: best hand is 7-5-4-3-2 unmatched (the wheel). Straights and flushes count against you — they are bad. Pairs are bad. Aces are high and bad for lows.

Smooth lows (7-5-4-3-2, 7-6-4-3-2) beat rough lows (7-6-5-4-2). Know the difference before you stand pat proudly on garbage.
