Steal from the right seats

In MTTs, late-position opens pick up blinds/antes. From the cutoff/button, widen vs tight blinds. From UTG early, stay tighter — antes don't turn J4o into a raise.

Antes make folding every orbit expensive, but the fix is better late-position opens — not UTG spew. Write a simple rule on a sticky note: UTG still tight; button steals; blinds defend selectively.
