Top set on a wet board can still check sometimes at high SPR to keep worse hands in and avoid huge pots vs wraps/flushes.
This is not passivity — it's choosing when the money goes in. Low SPR: more commitment. High SPR wet: more caution with one pair/fragile holdings.
