What got removed

Short Deck (6+ Hold'em) removes 2–5, leaving 36 cards: 6 through Ace in four suits. Hand frequencies change a lot — pairs and broadway hands appear more often.

Because the deck is short, 'suitedness' and connectivity still matter, but absolute hand strength ladders differently than full-deck NLH. Don't import full-deck intuition blindly.
