In small-stakes PLO, people call too much. Prefer value and nutted draws over creative air. Creativity comes after discipline.

If they call down top pair and non-nut flushes for stacks, stop trying to be a genius. Value the nuts. Thin creative bluffs can wait until Grade 4.
