Buy-in sizing

Buy in for a normal amount for the stake (often ~100bb). Don't sit 20bb 'for fun' if that forces shove-or-fold garbage with your money.

If the table is brutal, leave. Table selection is the highest EV decision before cards are dealt.

'Buy-in sizing' (NLH cash, G1): Exploit first; mix only when notes show they adjusted.
